3L Licensing & Consulting LLC connects contractors with qualifying-party candidates for the contractor to interview and select. The engagement starts with your target state, classification and the responsibilities the role must fulfill.
Discuss a qualifying-party placement ↗We begin with the contractor’s business needs and the applicable qualifying-party requirements. Titles and responsibilities vary by state and may include qualifying agents, responsible managing employees or other board-recognized roles.
3L identifies and evaluates prospective candidates, then supports introductions for your company to interview. Candidate credentials, current board status and suitability for the proposed arrangement require confirmation before placement.
The contractor selects the candidate and directly employs the qualifying party as a W-2 employee where required. 3L provides recruitment and placement support and receives a one-time placement fee under an agreed placement contract.
