FOR EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS
3L is building a network of experienced construction professionals interested in qualifying-party opportunities. If you hold a contractor license, have passed relevant examinations, or have the experience to pursue qualification, we’d like to hear from you.
Tell us about your states, trades, credentials and availability. We evaluate potential matches with contractors based on the role, your qualifications and applicable state requirements.
The contractor interviews and selects the candidate and directly employs the qualifying party as a W-2 employee where required. Qualifying roles carry real supervision and compliance responsibilities. Eligibility and permitted business relationships vary by state; an inquiry does not guarantee qualification or placement.
